Your safety is our priority
At 77be, we believe enjoyable gaming should always be responsible — set your limits, stay protected, and get help right away if you need it.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online gaming is a source of entertainment — but if it goes out of control, it can have a negative impact on personal and family life.
77be always wants you to enjoy gaming with fun, within limits, and with awareness. Responsible gaming means staying conscious of your budget and time, and treating gaming as entertainment rather than a source of income.
Our platform has several protective tools to help you maintain a healthy and enjoyable gaming experience. Read this page and, if needed, contact our 24/7 support team.
Core principles of responsible gaming
- Play for entertainment — do not think of gaming as a way to earn money; it is a form of entertainment.
- Set a budget — decide in advance how much you will spend each day or each week.
- Stick to time limits — decide how long you will play beforehand and keep to it.
- Do not chase losses — avoid the temptation to place more bets to recover losses after a loss.
- Do not play emotionally — avoid gaming when under stress, anxiety, or the influence of alcohol.
- Do not hesitate to seek help — contact 77be support whenever you need it.
Our protective tools
77be provides several effective tools for your protection — use them to keep your gaming habits in check.
Deposit Limit
Set a limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A 72-hour cooling period applies if you want to increase the limit, but decreases take effect instantly.
Time Limit
You can set a time limit for how long you play each day or per session. When the set time is up, the platform will automatically alert you and, if needed, end the session.
Time-Out
Use the time-out feature if you want to take a temporary break from gaming. Your account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, logging in or placing bets will be completely blocked.
Self-Exclusion
Choose the self-exclusion option if you want a complete long-term break from gaming. Activating it will close your account for an extended period and any attempt to open a new account will be blocked.
Gaming History
View your complete betting and deposit/withdrawal history at any time. Analyse your gaming patterns and adjust your limits as needed. 77be always provides full transparency by making all information available.
24/7 Support
Contact our support team for any gaming-related issue — any time of day, seven days a week. Support is available in Bengali via live chat or email.
Warning signs of problematic gaming
If you notice the following signs in yourself, you should reassess your gaming habits and seek help if needed. Acknowledging the problem is the first step toward a solution.
77be wants every one of our users to enjoy a healthy and pleasant gaming experience. If you feel gaming is getting out of control, contact our support team directly.
